Points Rules: Points ratio is 1 point for every $1.00 spent, before taxes. Points can only be accumulated from retail product, including hair care equipment and services rendered by the Studio of Conceptual Designs. Other merchandise sold at The Studio will not be included in the points reward program. Such as: Art work , jewelry, soaps etc...We reserve the right to change the rules and award or redeem points. Please note that there will be a blackout period that points can not be redeemed. The blackout period is from November 1st to December 31st for each year.

Cancellations:

We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that arise. However, we reserve the right to remove points from your points card, if we feel that you do not take an opportunity to call us to modify or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice.
